DAY 1

Selamat Datang di Bali and welcome to Ubud! Today you will be picked up from Denpasar airport where your group leader will meet you and bring you to our luxurious oasis, situated in the heart of Ubud. Spend the afternoon lounging in the infinity pool, overlooking the stunning rice paddies, or take a wander through the streets of this wonderfully cultural town. In the evening, we will enjoy a delicious welcome dinner together, getting to know your fellow group members.

DAY 2

This morning we enjoy our first yoga session. Here you will begin an intro to yoga – exploring the different elements and variety of yoga practices. Afterwards, we stop in to visit the “little locals” at the Monkey Forest. After lunch we will head back to the resort and start 1 of 3 special spa treatments. In the evening, we’ll get our energy flowing with a group meditation session.

DAY 3

Today we have an early start! After breakfast we head to the local markets to shop for ingredients for our cooking class where we will learn how to make traditional Balinese meals. After the market we will head to the local primary school to visit with some of the beautiful local children. Following our trip to the school, it will be time to put your skills to the test and cook 5 local dishes. After all the hard work in the kitchen we will enjoy all the delicious meals we made (yum!). We’ll finish off the day with an invigorating pilates class – focusing on our balance, posture, strength and flexibility.

DAY 4

Namaste! We will start off this morning by enjoying some breakfast and spending the morning indulging in a 2-hour spa treatment session. Before you know we’re off to the local art markets to get those last bits of souvenir shopping done. After lunch we will tune in to an interesting nutrition talk to educate ourselves in fuelling our bodies. We finish off today’s activities with a relaxing yoga session at the world famous Yoga Barn.


DAY 5

Get ready to take in some of Bali’s amazing views at the Rice Terraces. After we have explored the rice terraces we head to get some refreshments at the local coffee plantation. Here we will learn all there is to know about this breathtaking place and taste some of the best coffee in the world. Once we have our caffeine fix we’ll enjoy a lovely lunch together, then in the evening we will continue the fun in the yoga studio with a group session.

DAY 6

We will begin the morning with a calming yoga & meditation session before we cycle around the beautiful Ubud, exploring the scenery and greenery of the rice paddies. After our bike ride we will relax with our final spa treatment. In the evening, we’ll experience the Cultural Dance Show where we will learn more about the Balinese culture and traditions. This is also our last night so we will all come together for our farewell dinner to celebrate the great time we’ve had!

DAY 7

It’s time to say goodbye to our Bali family. Spend the morning relaxing by the pool before we depart as we say our final farewells. We can sort your transport back to the airport to catch your flight or for those who are staying in Bali, we can assist in planning your onward travel. Whether you want to continue exploring the beautiful Bali or make your way to another destination in South East Asia, we are here to help!
